Description:

Pay for the schooling and training in a trade for the young orphans and the physically handicapped of Calcutta. These children are being exploited by ill intentioned individuals who fill their pockets at their expense. Only an infinitesimal amount of the money obtained goes to the child. The more a child is thin and rachitic, the more lucrative for them.

Goals:

• Let these disadvantaged children study.
• Let them be trained in a trade adapted to their handicaps.
• Give them hope, autonomy and human dignity.
• Get them out of the beggar’s world.
